The role is considered part of the Finance & Accounting's Team, reporting directly to US Controller.
The controller will demonstrate technical, strategic, and operational expertise.
They should have excellent presentation and communication skills.
This role will work directly with regional managers and the US Finance team.
Responsibilities will also include the implementation and development of various business systems, day to day workflows and supporting processes.
Complete responsibility for the maintenance of accounting records for region.
Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts for region and liaising with management on the same.
Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts for region.
Regular reporting of KPIs to Management and identify and isolate unusual trends.
Work with the US Controller & Region Project Managers to review project reporting on a monthly basis.
Meeting tight deadlines in a busy environment and managing the day to day enquires received in relation to the company.
Required Skills/Abilities:
SAP Business One experience desirable
Advanced degree in accounting or finance preferred.
Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
Experience working in a mid-size global company
CPA an advantage
Strong interpersonal and influential skills to cultivate relationships, facilitate negotiations, and build partnerships with customers and key stakeholders
Travel on occasion
Education and Experience:
CPA preferred
3 + years of experience
