We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.
This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our company through effective management of accounts receivable.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage and oversee all accounts receivable activities including invoicing, cash receipts, and revenue recognition.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and contact details.
* Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline processes.
* Regularly review aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
* Prepare and provide financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
*Required Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
* Proficiency in MacOS and Microsoft Excel is essential.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
