Job Description: We are looking for a full time, skilled, and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth in Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
The ideal candidate will proactively identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with existing clients, focusing particularly on construction casting and infrastructure products.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets in the designated region.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, with a focus on construction casting and infrastructure products.
Regularly visit clients to promote our products and understand their requirements.
Offer technical guidance and support on construction products.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Liaise with the internal team to ensure prompt delivery and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the construction industry, with specific experience in construction casting and infrastructure products.
Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Effective organizational and time management abilities.
Autonomous work ethic, with a knack for teamwork.
Frequent travel within the assigned region.
SAP or comparable ERP experience preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite competency required.
