We have 1.
2 acres garden area, must be used responsibly and kept weed free the entire gardening season.
70% to gardener, 10% to owner and 20% to the local food banks.
Near Chiawana High School with Ben Franklin Transit bus stops very close by.
Land has been farmed but not over the past 8 years since development.
The garden area should still be well fertilized as it was fertilized with dairy cattle manure in 2015.
I pay for the irrigation water whether or not it is used but may need long piping or hoses if extra irrigation water is needed.
