Semi-independent senior care (Richland)

This is an ideal arrangement for someone who is in an in-between stage of life - not ready for a care facility, still wanting independence but needs some supervision.
Care would involve personal check-ins, medication reminders, shower assistance, laundry and some transportation.
Handi-Van service is available here as well as a parking space if needed.
Their home would be a fully furnished condo in south Richland on Gage Blvd, has 10 steps with a railing to enter (is on 2nd floor).
Utilities, internet included.
I am a former CNA with references, no criminal record, 49 years old, have a full-time job and own this condo.
I live about 25 minutes away.
Cost would be $1,150 a week.
