Trucks & Auto is rated at Tri-Cities’ Best Pre-Owned Used Car Dealership.
We are a high-volume, high-throughput public auto auction located in Pasco, WA.
We are in need of an experienced Automobile Title Clerk to join our family business.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm, with some overtime duties every two weeks.
Do you enjoy working in a family type atmosphere and being a part of a team? Responsibilities include: • Processing of licensing fees.
• Processing title applications while verifying funds and lien holders.
• Insuring accuracy of documents, including applications and sales paperwork to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Interfacing with title clerks from our client sellers.
• Ensuring accuracy of vehicle listings.
• Interacting with banks and credit unions to check on title release status.
Requirements include: • 2-5 years’ experience with a department of licensing and/or as a Title Clerk within a high volume Washington State automotive dealership.
• Ability to work independently and with little direction.
• Ability to multi-task and transition between tasks quickly.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interact with fellow team members while remaining professional and polite in various situations.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
