Premier Community Supports is now hiring a County Manager Assistant in Umatilla County!

The County Assistant will assist and support the County Manager with daily operational duties as noted below:
Office Management: Manage phone calls, walk-ins and meetings, emails, texts from all parties, attend assigned meetings and efficient time management.
Relationship Management: Learn and manage complex relationships with Individuals-Served/families, interested community members, PCS staff, and government agencies.
DSP Staffing: Identify, assist and support DSPs with tasks, communication with Individuals-Served/families, scheduling, training on approach, create a work environment conducive to Premier staff retention, arrange for and provide backup, maintaining consistent contact, educating on policies, etc.
Compliance: Manage and resolve any issues by reviewing Premier policies and Government Regulations with Individuals-Served/families, case management, and co-workers/supervisors.
Drafting and Auditing Records: Ensures that assigned documents are written to a satisfactory quality and in a timely manner then uploaded and recorded accurately.
Competencies:
Works well with group problem solving situations
Efficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently
Relates effectively with Individuals-Served/families, staff, and community partners
Handles crisis situations effectively and ethically according to Premier Policies and Government Mandates
Writes clearly, timely and accurately, including report writing, record keeping, and other documentation
Contributes to building a positive and productive relationship with work team and Individual's-Served/families
Ability to learn and implement CPR, First Aid practices, and understanding Individual Service Plans
Effectively manages time by prioritizing, planning, scheduling work activities, ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
Anticipates future changes and creates plans to best fit the situation
