Wine manager /Head Server

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive guest relations - Oversee and coordinate the activities of the serving staff - Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and sanitized dining area - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Train new servers and provide ongoing support and guidance Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing - Familiarity with cashiering procedures and point-of-sale systems is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
