Fulfillment Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Shipping – maintain shipping supplies inventory, pack & ship wine, weather checks, monitor shipments, and communicate with customer about shipping.
* Document returned wines and work with customer to achieve a better delivery solution.
* Support compliance checks – Shipping addresses have a valid Date of Birth recording we ship to recipients 21+ years of age, run reports each day of shipment for over-shipment laws.
* Continually monitor orders that are sold and need to be picked up.
Contact customer to provide reminders they have wine to pick up and change the order to shipping if requested.
* Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the wine storage locations.
Inventory Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Manage monthly inventory for Pepper Bridge Winery in the Walla Walla, Woodinville, and Vancouver locations.
Including generating inventory count sheets, pulling transaction reports and investigating SKUs with variances over 5% and/or 6 bottles to find the root cause to create actionable items to stop or reduce inventory variance in the future.
* Add inventory of new wines to Point of Sales System.
* Ensure that physical inventory is organized according to sales plan.
* Monitor Depletions – providing insights to team, give low inventory notifications, and give recommendations of where inventory needs are.
Requirements of the position:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Required to lift and move product weighing up to 50 pounds often
- Required to engage in frequent walking and standing
- Experienced in writing simple correspondence
- Comfortable with professional phone etiquette
- Proficient computer skills—able to problem solve, use POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite with special focus on Excel
