00 annually, depending on experience) Apply online: DESCRIPTION The Regional Wraparound Supervisor (RWS) under the supervision of the Clinical Director / Site Manager or Outpatient Programs Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of assigned mental health teams responsible for Wraparound and Intensive Care Coordination.
The RWS coaches, plans, assigns, directs, and reviews the care coordination work of the Wraparound program, and implements wraparound fidelity in Umatilla, Morrow, Wheeler, Gilliam, and Grant Counties.
They ensure that the relevant Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR’s) are adhered to, monitor fidelity and quality assurance, and support Wraparound Coaching.
SUPERVISION Supervision Received Depending upon location, this position is supervised by the Clinical Director / Site Manager or Clinical Manager / Outpatient Programs Manager.
Supervision Exercised The RWS is responsible for the supervision of Wraparound Care Coordinators (WCCs) and oversight of the coordination of wraparound services within the 5-County region served by Community Counseling Solutions (CCS).
RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide supervision and oversight on a daily and regular basis to assigned wraparound care coordinator staff.
Ensure that care is of the highest service standards and consistent with CCS philosophy and policy.
· Assure that WCC staff meet all requirements for program standards as prescribed by the agency, state, and other governing bodies.
Evaluates WCC staff competence and training needs while providing professional instruction and guidance, and conduct annual performance evaluations, resolve conflict as appropriate and provide positive leadership.
Must hold or be able to obtain status as a Wraparound Care Coordinator and Coach within the first 6 months of hire.
· Works as part of a multiple disciplinary team and is responsible for non-clinical coordination of individual program segments within the Wraparound program to ensure timelines are followed and deadlines are met to fidelity.
· Approach work with clients and staff from a trauma-informed, strength-based perspective, and works collaboratively with a variety of community and internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible treatment for clients.
· Ensure that WCCs are apprised of current evidence-based practices (EBP’s), implement EBP’s, and ensure that the agency is meeting or exceeding standards of fidelity-based service outcomes.
· Ensure staff are participating in EBP training identified by CCS.
· Ensure that all the quality of work is superior and paperwork by the assigned staff is completed in a professional and timely manner and provide supervision and coaching when this goal is not being met.
· Implement wraparound throughout the 5-County region with fidelity.
This may include staff training, data analysis, significant interaction with community partners, participation in Systems of Care initiatives, and ongoing monitoring and reporting of fidelity.
· Assists with coordination and tracking of children in inpatient care.
· Facilitates discharge planning for youth admitted to higher levels of care, including inpatient psychiatric admissions.
This includes scheduling post-discharge follow up appointments for Mental Health and Psychiatric services, ensuring one appointment is scheduled within 7 days of discharge.
· Offers to assist with the completion of referrals to Wraparound for youth returning to the community from higher levels.
· Assists with outreach and engagement to families and youth who may be appropriate for enrollment in Wraparound or Intensive Care Coordination.
· Assists with coordinating payments for mental health services with other counties and local service providers.
· Coordinates and participates in review of caseloads each month.
· Collects and submits data to: GOBHI, Regional Youth Resource Program, and OMHAS for all ISA children.
· Ensure knowledge and application of CCS personnel policies and procedures.
· This position works to resolve conflict as appropriate and provides positive leadership.
· When necessary, follows policies for employee discipline and in consultation with Human Resources Outpatient Programs Manager, Clinical Director / Site Manager and/or the Executive Director, engage in disciplinary actions and termination.
· Report all cases of abuse or neglect to the proper agency; or ensure that all cases are reported.
· Schedule and participate in meetings with other agencies to ensure continuity of service delivery and ensure that CCS is highly regarded by other community partners.
· Must have the ability to maintain a WCC caseload of up to five clients maximum to support more complex cases, avoid unnecessary wait lists or fill in when WCC positions are vacant, ensuring that all paperwork is professional and timely.
· Follow the grievance process for customer complaints and work diligently to resolve complaints.
· Ensure that the agency meets or exceeds all the requirements for the relevant OAR’s, as well as the contractual requirements as required by Greater Oregon Behavioral Health (GOBHI) and other mental health organizations.
· Ensure that clients are scheduled in a timely manner.
· Responsible to ensure WCC staff coverage by overseeing vacations, sick leave, training, etc.
· Work with Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure that service providers meet quality assurance standards.
· When requested, participate in internal administrative meetings.
Hold regular WCC staff meetings.
· Communicate with members of the public to coordinate work programs, inform the public about our services, and speak with groups about our services and/or specific areas of mental health programs.
· Serve on various boards or committees in the community as it relates to program services.
· Assist Office Manager to ensure that there is a good working relationship between clerical and service staff and lines of communication are kept open.
· May be asked transport customers as needed.

Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in psychology, sociology, social work, or other human services related field and have five years of experience in the delivery of services.
Certifications Wraparound Care Coordinator and Coach, or ability to obtain certification within 3 months of hire.
Other Skills and Abilities · Knowledge of the Wraparound principles of service delivery.
· The ability to use independent judgment including finely developed decision making, planning, analytical and organizational skills.
· Ability to prepare and maintain detailed and accurate records.
· Ability to communicate and coordinate well with a diverse population including staff members, professional consultants, agencies, customers, and members of the public.
· Ability to understand, interpret and apply laws, regulations and administrative rules related to Wraparound service delivery.
· Ability to learn and implement CCS procedures, regulations, and requirements with respect to procurement, budget, safety, operations, and organization.
· Must be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to supervise and assign work to subordinates; ability to work effectively with other employees and the public.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
· Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
· Must adhere to rules and laws pertaining to client confidentiality due to the need to handle highly confidential information.
· Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats.
· Must have the ability to present and exchange information internally across teams and co-workers, and externally with customers and the public.

The employee’s insurance is primary with CCS insurance being secondary.
CCS reserves the right to deny any employee the use of a vehicle owned by CCS.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use office automation including computer and phone systems that require find manipulation, grasping, typing, and reaching.
The employee is also regularly required to sit, talk, and hear; use hands and fingers and handle or feel.
