Description Supervisor Cardiovascular Services - St.
Mary Medical Center, Walla Walla, WA Providence is offering a $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires who meet all conditions for payment! Under the leadership of the Department Manger, the Cardiovascular Supervisor will plan, lead, organize and control the activities, procedures and staff in the Cardiovascular Lab unit.
The supervisor will foster effective working relationships through teamwork, interpersonal communications, care compassion, concern for both staff and public.
The supervisor will be engaged in conflict resolution and interdepartmental collaboration to support a positive culture.
During times of low staffing and/or high need the supervisor will assist by filling appropriate intra-op roles to maintain patient safety and expected case flow.

Required Qualifications: Accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology or Accredited School of Radiologic Technologies or 5 years equivalent experience Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist Or Upon hire: Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International Or Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association 5 years Cath Lab experience Preferred Qualifications: 2 years Lead of higher leadership experience.
