Project Manager in Business Consulting Introduction Welcome to the role of Project Manager! In this role you will lead projects that entail understanding a clients business, gathering market insights through interviews and others types of research, facilitating the right discussions with clients on those insights, developing strategies for their businesses, and managing the client relaitionship, our project team, the scope, budget and timeline to deliver exceptional recommendations.
You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and our project teams.
You will work with our project management systems and tools that guide you and your team in a proprietary process for discovering new business opportunities.
You will also be responsible for writing strategic recommendations for clients.
We will look to you to help improve processes and lead teams in excellent use of tools and accountability for great outcomes.

Job Responsibilities Understand and develop a plan to deliver on the proposed scope of the work Onboard clients and manage client interactions and inputs Develop project plans and manage the scope, timeline, and quality of outputs Collaborate with teams creatively to gain the right insights Lead new team members in skill development, training them in the use of the tools Oversee the budget, invoicing and deliverable schedule Facilitate workshops at our Opportunity Accelerator Center or at client locations to gain new insights from clients and external partners Prepare reports and presentations for senior leaders Learn, implement and continuously improve our proprietary processes Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 5+ years of experience in business, strategy, project or client management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Track record of building relationships with clients Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to travel to client sites, facilitate workshops, and work face to face with senior leaders Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines Excellent written communication and ability to write compelling strategies **No relocation packages available.
