GENERAL SUMMARY
Performs difficult technical work gathering and prioritizing user requirements, engineering and optimizing software-related processes, optimizing IT systems, and related work as apparent or assigned.
Work is performed under the general direction of the IT Applications Supervisor (“supervisor”).

Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree with coursework in information systems, or related field and three (3) year of experience in information technology, including two (2) years in business analysis role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license
Desirable Qualifications
Current Project Management Institute – Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification.
