Description: What will you do in this job? Sort, grade and price donated products using store guidelines and computer generated ticketing software Stock the retail sales floor with product Assist with store cleaning Work as part of a team who is responsible for meeting daily product goals Help unload and load the merchandise truck Stock and merchandise the sales floor Help customers to find products they are seeking as needed Compensation and Benefits for Full-Time Work: Starting rate: $17.
50 per hour followed by eligibility for annual performance-based increases with maximum pay of $20.
79 per hour.
Highest pay as a result of ongoing good performance and years of service.

Enrollment eligibility following one year of service and have worked 1,000 hours in the first year or any calendar year thereafter, or 500-1000 hours each year for three consecutive years.
Work Schedule: Days and hours are dependent on business needs.
