BONUS BASED ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Sign On Bonus Available: $5,000 with experience (Pro-Rated for Part Time Positions)
Under the direction of the Director of the department, the NAC/Unit Secretary is responsible for the clerical functions, the ongoing communications, and data entry for the department.
The NAC/Unit Secretary works under the direct supervision of a registered nurse in providing age specific direct patient care.
He/she ensures that quality is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent in the unit's standards of care.
He/She demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the unit and organization; remains flexible to changing systems; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.
Current Washington State NAC certification.
6 months to one year of experience.
BLS, High School Diploma or equivalent.
