Over THREE (3) weeks to refund your deposit if they deny your rental application! Ridiculous! Just when you NEED that money to get into a different place, The Franklin (Avenue5) holds onto it damn near a month.
This is NOT being a good corporate neighbor leaving people needing housing out of their funds to get into housing.
