long term rental wanted (richland)

Single christian female and small animal looking for stable rental long term.
I am able to afford up to 600$ for rent if that includes utilities.
I wouldnt mind looking for a place together if needed.
I am willing to make a written agreement to ocassionaly help with pets childern or seniors for discounted rent.
An ideal home for us would include: - laundry on site -plenty of privacy and space - acess to transit -ability to have guest visit -non smoking no drug -hypo allergenic when possible - friendly housemates welcoming enviorment -furnished or unfurnished ( will need space for my hedgehog set up) - ideally roomates will be morning people or have a great amount of privacy as I naturally tend to wake up with the sun and enjoy a coffee.
Some of my days are spent in home while sometimes I may be out for a while - ability to recieve deliveries when I dont make it to store I get items delivered to home - must have similar morals and values - preffer north richland open to options for right fit -willing to voice call at first before I give out my personal cell/text info
