Auto Parts Specialist

Responsibilities: - Assist customers in finding the right parts for their automotive needs - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues - Utilize automotive repair knowledge to accurately identify and locate parts - Operate cash register and process customer transactions - Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and ordering parts as needed - Use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and manage parts inventory - Maintain a clean and organized parts department Qualifications: - Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Proficient in using a cash register and handling financial transactions - Knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics is highly desired - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Basic math skills for processing transactions and inventory control - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus This position offers competitive pay and benefits.
