Duties: - Manage and oversee the parts department operations - Develop and implement strategies to maximize parts sales and profitability - Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure proper stocking levels - Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Recruit, train, and supervise a team of parts associates - Provide ongoing training and development to enhance employee performance - Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and concer - Conduct employee orientations and enforce company policies and procedures Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of retail math principles and inventory control practices - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising employees - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and management - Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and sales reporting Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
