Renting a spacious, furnished master bedroom on the second floor of our home, which has recently been updated (new paint, mini fridge, overhead fan with light, and modern lamp, as well as nice, sturdy furniture) and has a beautiful, scenic view of our neighborhood with its tree-lined streets and surrounding wildlife!
This area is intended for a single inhabitant, although we welcome family, friends, and overnight guests to visit.
We also consider pets (with a preference for cats, dogs that do not bark excessively, and any enclosed creature).
Street parking is accessible, and smoking is prohibited in common places (vaping is permitted).
The rent includes pool access, utilities (water, electricity, WiFi), and the use of the laundry and dryer.
We're also looking forward to starting a garden (we presently have mangoes and hope to plant coconut trees, cherries, raspberries, onions, and other cooking herbs) and a home gym in 2024!
Please be orderly and neat, and be prepared to help clean communal spaces and toilets (materials and equipment are provided for free).
Lease term: month-to-month.
Security deposit: No deposit
Rent: $580 monthly.
