I’m a stay home my husband works pretty much the whole day This room is strictly for 1 person only and no stranger for sleepover.
Family visit is allowed if you give us a heads up.
Rental $700 , utilities, high speed WiFi, Amenities.
This is a Shared living space and kitchen.
You are welcome to use condiments in the kitchen, pantry and coffee.
Deposit :$ 300 A good match would be working female , someone who is respectful, neat ,and clean up after themself.
we will most likely respond when you tell us more about you, work background, length of stay.
We value more on a personality match and would be flexible with mutual agreements.
