SCOPE:
Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the Residential Account Manager role will be a key role providing sales and customer service to our residential customers.
SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES & DELIVERABLES
Manage current customer accounts as needed, including pricing, delivery fees, billing issues, etc.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Effectively communicate Christensen’s unique value proposition as leader in distributor market
Stay current on industry trends within the residential market
Utilize best-in-class software platforms like Salesforce and Salesloft.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in phone-based customer service and/or account management
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Knowledge of related industries preferred, but not required
BA/BS in Business or other related field preferred
PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS
Operates in a professional office environment.
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit for long periods of times, talk, and hear.
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers, with the ability to reach with hands and arms.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
