00 an hour (estimated$37,440- $41,600) Plus Commission Potential $12,000 - $18,000 *Hours per Week: *Full Time (Over 30 hours) *General Summary of Responsibilities* The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for working with clients in Walla Walla who are looking to place advertising with the Walla Walla Union-Bulletin to promote their business or promote positions they are currently hiring for.
The Account Executive will suggest appropriate solutions to help clients find the right candidates.
The AE will be the primary contact for employment advertising in Walla Walla markets as well as a select group of retail and classified clients.
The AE will also be responsible for prospecting dormant and new advertisers.
The Inside Sales Representative will act as the Employment Advertising Subject Matter Expert ensuring that all inbound customer service reps and campaign success specialists are familiar with our employment offerings.
*Essential Job Functions* · Take inbound and make outbound calls to/from clients wishing to place recruitment advertising · Take inbound and make outbound calls to/from clients wishing to place retail or digital advertising · Suggest solutions (print and digital) to clients based on their needs · Create and reach out to prospects; both dormant and new · Make presentations to new potential clients · Review advertising performance with active clients · Keep other advertising employees apprised of recruitment solutions *Other Duties* 1.
Other duties as assigned *Job Requirements* *Experience* · Atleast 1 year experience in Sales / Customer Service areas *Skills and Abilities / Lifting Requirements* · Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and Powerpoint · Able to manage a client load of 80-120 accounts · Able to manage multiple projects · Ability to work with various vendor software programs · Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal · No Lifting requirements *Minimum Education, certifications or licenses* · High School Diploma · Valid Driver’s License · College Degree in related field preferred *Contact with Others* Frequent contact with internal employees, outside clients, general public *Supervision Received* Works independently using established policies and procedures as guidelines.
