As part of our growth initiative, we are seeking a dynamic individual to fill a pivotal role in our company.
This role will oversee all leads and phone inquiries generated from our extensive internet and website campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, and facilitating seamless communication between our sales teams.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound leads and phone calls resulting from our internet and website campaigns.
* Engage with potential customers to qualify leads and assess their needs effectively.
* Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and nurture leads through the sales process.
* Implement and maintain metrics to track lead conversion rates and sales performance.
* Provide regular updates and reports to management on lead generation and sales activities.
*Qualifications:*
* Strong communication skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone and online.
* Exceptional organizational abilities and self-motivation to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred.
* Sales experience is highly advantageous, but not required for the right candidate.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric focus.
