Receptionist/Sales Assistant

Water2Wine Cruises is looking for a Receptionist/Sales Assistant to help maintain our front desk and events.
You will work alongside our Management team and visit prospective businesses, pitch our private charter packages, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate and execute events.
Reception duties will include offering administrative support across the organization.
You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
You will coordinate front-desk activities and vessel tours, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
This role may require working in shifts, weekends and holidays -flexibility is a must.
Qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required * 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service experiences * Willingness to learn and improve! * Team player with an outgoing personality * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency * Attention to detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field * Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology) * Capacity to develop strong working-relationships * Able to work directly with clients on resolving issues with professionalism and patience * Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks * Ability to engage with people inperson, virtually, and via the phone * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy * Valid state driver's license and good driving record Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $19.
