SALES ASSOCIATE - ANIMAL HEALTH & TACK

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative specializing in Animal Health & Tack.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for animals.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and in-person interactions.
Assist customers with product inquiries and orders.
Educate customers on the proper use and care of animal health products and tack.
Process orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the animal health or equestrian industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Passion for animals and knowledge of animal health and tack products.
Proficiency in ERI (POS)software preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to workweekends or evenings as needed.
