Outside Salesperson
Growing northwest equipment supplier in need of an outside salesperson to join our growing team for the Tri-Cities WA area.
The company has been in business for 50+ years, has grown 50% in the last 10 years, and is continuing to expand.
We represent the highest quality equipment in the water, wastewater, hydroelectric, and industrial markets.
Looking for a candidate to grow with the company.
Outside Sales for WECI's represented product lines.
This is a sales position, which includes both outside sales and technical support.
The position includes managing existing accounts and prospecting new opportunities within both existing and new accounts.
Travel will be involved mainly in the State of Washington.
There will be some travel for vendor training or sales meetings.
This is a salary position, which is based on a standard 40-hour work week.
Employee will receive a computer, mobile phone, corporate credit card, and company vehicle with fuel card.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Promote WECI products and services in assigned territory and actively pursue the sales of all products.
Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
Conduct calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
Use company CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to maintain records of customer interactions and needs.
Generate quotes for customers.
Use Excel spreadsheets for generating quotes.
Follow up on quotes, opportunities, and bid projects.
Do customer site visits and get information for quoting.
Do product presentations.
Travel with vendor representatives to customers when needed.
Experience: 3-5 years outside sales experience preferred
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, CRM use, and have Technical ability

Pay: $75,000-$78,000 DOE per year plus commission
