Parts Counter Sales is responsible for performing sales activities inside the store by providing heavy-duty truck parts expertise to achieve top customer service and developing sales relationships with walk-in and telephone customers.
Our Parts Counter Sales/Inside Sales Key Responsibilities Include: Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts Determine customers need for heavy-truck parts Assist customers with warranties Generate tickets for orders to warehouse Process orders for outside sales team Successful Candidates For Our Parts Counter Sales/Inside Sales Will Have: Heavy-duty parts knowledge/experience Inside sales experience Excellent communication (oral & written) Customer service oriented #DW3 #LI-LH1
