- Develop and implement outreach strategies to raise awareness about our organization's programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute community engagement events and activities
- Conduct public speaking engagements to educate the community about our organization's mission and goals
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make recommendations for improvement
- Build relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and organizations to enhance collaboration opportunities
- Assist in project management activities, including planning, organizing, and coordinating outreach initiatives

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge related to the EEOICPA for former hanford workers.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Education related to marketing strategic planning
- Experience in volunteer management, including recruitment, training, and supervision
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of public health principles and practices
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
