We are looking for an enthusiastic, community-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) representative to join our Walla Walla Toyota dealership team.
You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming appointment requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential maintenance/recall opportunities and acting as a first point of contact for customers.
To be successful as a BDC representative, top candidates will be fun, loyal, empathetic, professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service.
BDC Representative Responsibilities:
Serve as a high volume outbound call representative for the service department.
Monitor and respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and online chat requests in a timely manner.
Warranty and service contract submission.
Logging customer details and comments in our system.
Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
Greeting and assisting customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
BDC Representative Requirements:
Must be confident and motivated in making a high volume of outbound calls.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet.
Professional and personable demeanor.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $3000 per month for the first 3 months, $3500-$4000 monthly potential earnings thereafter
