Looking for someone with experience in shop welding, field welding, pipe fitting & irrigation repair.

*Job description Responsibilities*: · Work within a team to accomplish goals in a safe and efficient process.
· Read and understand diagrams, engineering drawings and designs.
· Proven ability to operate general shop equipment including Grinders, Welders, Plasma Cutter, Hydraulic Press, Sanders, Overhead Crane, Auto Crane, Power Tools and other general shop equipment and tools.
· Perform accurate and detailed measurements.
· Ability to fabricate and assemble complex equipment to meet or exceed manufactures recommendations.
· Ability to test and evaluate proper tolerances with all completed work.
· Ability to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency without direct supervision.
· Maintain a clean and organized working space.
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment and balance a large work flow.
*Job Requirements:* · Welding experience – Using Mig, Tig and Stick.
Materials – Stainless, mild steel, silicon bronze.
· Fabrication of mild steel and stainless for food processing and Ag repairs/fabrication.
· Understanding of farming, agribusiness, irrigation and processing equipment is a plus.
· Mechanical knowledge of irrigation and mechanical equipment such as Centrifugal Pumps and motors, Turbine Pumps and Gearboxes is a plus.
· Ability to work overtime when needed to complete job requirements.
· Maintain current driver’s license and clean driving record at all times.

We are looking for an internally driven individual with welding and fabrication experience.
