Tutor Wanted (Tri Cities WA)

I am looking for a tutor to get me through all of the free Microsoft and Google certification Must come with resume and references from a workplace to get hired and has a background and experience doing the free certification that Google and Microsoft are offering.
Must be able to show the certification, and or references from past employers or school/ courses work.
Must be willing to accommodate someone with learning disability.
I am a Junior in college and my iq is 102 Will to pay after getting a job with those certification I am also interested in other certification as long as the certification is free to get.
All certification that have to do with the internet.
After I get hired I am will to get paid course.
Optional payment plan offered to me.

00 an hr would be acceptable to pay to a tutor that is interested I am willing to do full time No benefit included
