Fixer upper wanted! (Richland)

Have a property that needs to be repaired in order to sell but need out of it ASAP? I’m a single parent returning to the area after a few years away.
I’m trying to provide a home for 3 boys but have a modest budget to work with.
I enjoy putting “sweat equity” into my homes and am hoping to do so here in the tri-cities.
If you have a fixer upper or know of someone who has one I’d love to hear about it.
