What would you be helping us with? Duties: * Entering/Classifying daily transactions for all of our clients (i.
e.
Bill.
com payables, receipts in hubdoc, bank feeds to QBO, etc…) * Responding to requests from clients on general accounting needs * Process payroll reports using an outsourced payroll service provider.
* Prepare reconciliations for bank statements, credit cards, loan accounts, and other general ledger accounts.
* Perform self-review to ensure that accounting is accurate.
* Prepare financial statements and provide Monthly or Quarterly meeting-based review to client.
* Interact with clients to provide financial coaching, cash flow coaching, and look for potential tax savings strategies for their business.
- Prepare and process payroll for employees - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Support the month-end and year-end close processes - Maintain accurate and organized financial records Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Proven experience in general ledger accounting, payroll processing, and financial analysis - Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of corporate finance principles - Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Sage and Xero - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports - Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation procedures - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
