Our organization is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and other office duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently, and not be afraid to ask questions.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who is able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: * Process invoices, expense reports, and other documents.
* Ensure accuracy of all documents and data entry.
* Reconcile accounts payable statements.
* Maintain records of all payments and invoices.
* Prepare checks for payment of invoices.
* Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers regarding payment status.
* Maintain accurate filing systems.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.
