The Senior Accountant provides complex financial analysis, report and forecasting operations and the evaluation of potential business opportunities.
Responsible for statistical gathering and reporting, compiling benchmarking information and providing support in long
range financial planning.
Required: BA in Accounting or related field.
Four years of experience in healthcare finance including general accounting, financial statements, budgets, cost reports and basic knowledge of reimbursement or combination of
education, training and accomplishments that meet the minimum knowledge and skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to communicate with all levels of employees to resolve questions and collect information as needed to ensure timely
and accurate reporting.
Ability to interpret and apply generally accepted accounting principles, and/or the Hospital Audit Guide.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
