Job Description Summary
The Finance Specialist III - Capital Projects will collaborate closely with project team members, managers, and engineering leads to enhance the efficiency of plant capital projects.
The Finance Specialist is responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including the creation of purchase requisitions, goods and services receipt, maintenance of a change order log, tracking project delivery schedules, and facilitating project closeout activities.
Furthermore, they proactively communicate issues and results to key stakeholders and provide ad hoc analysis on an ongoing basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
SAP Data Entry, encompassing PR's, GR's, and SES's.
Monitoring and reporting on the delivery of equipment, materials, and services.
Contributing to estimating, cost tracking, reporting, and forecasting efforts.
Demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills, with an ability to execute work according to the established plan, including contingency planning.
Proficiency in comprehending site and construction sequencing.
Assisting in project execution activities, such as scheduling and closeout tasks.
Developing and implementing problem-solving and troubleshooting tools.
Identifying, documenting, and advocating best practices.
Active participation in group discussions and effective articulation of expectations.
Adherence to established schedules.
Conducting quality and performance analysis on historical and ongoing projects
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study preferred, or 3+ years of manufacturing experience in Finance/Accounting.
Experience with support of large capital projects and/or engineering teams is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Must be detail orientated, possess excellent technical and analytical skills, and be a proven self-starter.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills is desired.
Proficiency in desktop applications to include Microsoft Project, Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of enterprise data base systems such as SAP is a plus.

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $42,180.
