We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.
This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our company through effective management of accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all accounts receivable activities including invoicing, cash receipts, and revenue recognition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and contact details.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline processes.
• Regularly review aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare and provide financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MacOS and Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
