*General Responsibilities:*
- Caring for patients' needs by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their orthodontic treatment journey.
- Actively listening and understanding patient concerns, questions, and feedback, providing accurate and timely responses to address their needs.
- Create and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and continuously improve the patient experience.
- Collaborate with the orthodontic team to coordinate patient appointments, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes.
- Ensure a smoothly-run office environment by keeping track of inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- Socially intelligent and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients, their families, and the orthodontic team.
