Patient services representatives are expected to be compassionate and discrete with superb time management and record keeping skills.
Typical work week is Monday through Friday, weekends off and paid holidays! Position Duties: Responsibilities vary between positions, but could include: Promote the mission, vision, and values of Tri-City Orthopaedic Clinic Greet each individual professionally, promptly, and with a smile Answer incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate person, department, or voicemail Schedule/reschedule patients according to provider scheduling guidelines Communicate effectively with clinical staff and providers regarding patient scheduling issues Accept payments on account(i.
e.
