Seeking a part-time for a new apartment acquisition 7/15/2023.
Small complex, 50-75 units, hours are M-F 10:00 A.

Responsibilities include all associated with managing an apartment complex, including managing a maintenance person.
Experience required.
Pay is $2,100-$2,300 per month DOE.
