Morrow County School District has an opening for a Special Education Teacher at Sam Boardman Elementary School in Boardman, Oregon beginning with the 2024-25 school year.
Candidate must possess or be able to obtain full Oregon licensure with endorsement in Special Education, and must be Highly Qualified.
This position has 10 extended days in the contract and an additional stipend.
Projected starting date August 12, 2024 Morrow County is located in rural north central Oregon, bordered on the north by the Columbia River and timbered by the Umatilla National Forest on the southern border.
There are 9 campuses, approximately 2220 students and 320 staff.

Morrow County School District, unlike many districts, currently pays the employee's portion of PERS bringing the comparable total compensation to a range of $53,706 - $96,468 (2024/25 Salary Schedule TBD).
