We are currently the fastest growing martial arts studio in the Tri-Cities, with 4 locations (Pasco, Kennewick, Richland and West Richland), with plans to continue to expand in Eastern WA.

_*Instructor Requirements*_
* This job opening requires the individual to live in the Tri-Cities area for a minimum of 12 months.
* Minimum 18 years of age.
* Must be US citizen or Green Card holder
* A friendly, approachable personality and ability to foster engagement among students.
* Able to relate to people on all levels in a friendly and consistent manner.
* Able to reflect a positive attitude.
* Open to following USWC TKD Tri-Cities curriculum and way of teaching.
* Minimum three years Martial Art experience (any style).
Taekwondo preferred but not required.
_*Responsibilities & Duties*_
* Help lead and teach martial arts classes according to business standards.
* Assist with belt tests and nominate eligible students accordingly.
* Must maintain safety in all classes by following association guidelines.
* Answering studio phone & parent/student inquiries/questions, if Lead Instructor is not available.
* Communicate with Leads and/or Manager any student or account requests/questions for them to address.
* Must notify appropriate staff of any unsafe conditions, needed repairs, complaints, accidents, or injuries immediately.
* Maintain a safe, clean and well organized area.
* Covering classes at any of the 4 locations if the Lead Instructor is out.
_*General Schedule*_
* Mon-Fri: 1pm-8:30pm
* Monthly Review with Managers
* Occasional weekend events per year (tournaments, testing, etc) but limited.
