Eritage Resort in Walla Walla, Washington is an intimate property tucked within 300 acres of vineyards and is designed to provide guests with an unparalleled Washington wine country experience with exceptional lodging and cuisine.

· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience in a previous high customer turnover restaurant
· Management experience, including: Wine/Beverage knowledge; staff training, profit margins and operating costs.
· Ability to work flexible schedules when necessary to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
*Tasks and Responsibilities:*
· Responsible for day-to-day restaurant operation
· Responsible for maintaining high level of customer service and satisfaction
· Manage schedules
· Effectively delegate jobs and responsibilities to restaurant staff
· Train service staff and provide regular performance reviews
· Supervise operation of restaurant to maximize profitability, minimize legal liability and conform to alcoholic beverage regulations
· Plan wine and drinks list suited to restaurant and its clientele.
Monitor purchasing of supplies and perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.
· Work with management personnel to plan and organize restaurant events
· Manage and maintain POS/inventory system
· Maintain all necessary certifications/licenses eg.
MAST, Food Handlers and ensure team is in full compliance
· Respond to customer feedback both positive and negative with diplomacy and professionalism
