Shift Leader

Responsibilities – Making Yummy Pretzels and Creating Swirls of Joy: * Managing a crew of up to 4 employees on your shift * Understanding strengths and weaknesses and utilizing those strengths of employees to maximize production/revenue.
* Communication goals and strategies with employees * Managing store budgets through product purchasing and labor.
* Must attain a Food Handlers Card compliant with WA State (if one is not present at the time of hire, you have 30 days to attain one from date of hire.
* Cash Handling duties include: Balancing till and nightly completing daily reconciliation paperwork) * Must have a teachable spirit.
(we will make mistakes, lets learn from those and keep going!) * Must have a sense of urgency when preparing product and helping our guests * Must treat each of our guests as it is their first time * But most of all, lets have fun! Although we want our guests to be helped in a timely manner and need to do our jobs, we also encourage a fun a positive environment.

Qualifications * Must be 18 years or older.
* Must have reliable transportation.
* Be committed to consistently fulfilling scheduled shifts.
* Be interested in long-term employment, even if it is minimal hours per week.
* Food service experience is not required – we will teach you everything you need to know! Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.
