```Duties```
- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
- Operate meat processing equipment, such as grinders, slicers, and saws
- Trim, bone, tie, and grind meats
- Weigh, wrap, and package cuts of meat
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards on the cut floor
- Ensure proper storage of meat products
- Lead the meat processing crew to maintain company standards
```Experience```
- Previous experience in breaking carcasses and meat cutting required
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their uses
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong knife skills and ability to handle sharp tools safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent team communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English)
