*Job Description - Executive Director of Memory Care*
General job summary: Maintains the operation of the facility, directs, coordinates and supervises all services and activities.
Complies with federal, state and local standards for facility operation.
Monitors policies and procedures, public relations and employee moral.
Communicates facility philosophies and all policies to staff as well as residents.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Must have valid license to operate as an Assisted Living Facility Manager for the state of WA.
If active in another state, must have ability to obtain for within 60 days of hire.
* Experience working in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care or long-term care setting.
* Must possess the ability to interpret financial statements and keep abreast with the changes in the Assisted Living Facility industry.
* Knowledge of Personnel Administration, Federal and State regulations.
* Ability to read write and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
*PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:*
* Responsibilities:
To facilitate and promote the policies and procedures needed t to provide care and services to the residents.
To keep all personnel, resident and related matters confidential.
Perform all the duties as directed by the Senior Executive Director.
Training and experience:
* Experience in assisted living and/or memory care.
Knowledge of public relations and economic conditions within the community desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.
00 - $140,000.
