Praxis Health is seeking a Director of Primary Care for our Northeast Oregon Region! The mid-level manager is part of a team that provides clinical and business integration pathways for multiple clinics.
This leadership position will be responsible for a designated geographic region, and its profit and loss performance, team engagement, transition to a value-based care model, and creating a delightful patient experience.
The ideal individual for this position is growth-oriented with a track-record of organizational development, healthcare leadership and is ready to take on managing the primary care market in the assigned region for Praxis Health.

Designs region specific objectives and relevant initiatives that support corporate strategy.
Demonstrates expertise, while serving as an open-minded leader with an entrepreneurial mentality.

Attracts and recruits medical providers and supports ancillary services in an employment, partnership, or management model.
Interprets available data to make informed decisions as it relates to predictive analytics, AI models, and operational dashboards.
Supports clinic operations and supervises multiple direct reports including clinic managers, nurse care coordinators, and physicians/APPs.
In accordance with the CEO, develops and implements strategic initiatives.
Cultivates a diverse and high-functioning team of supervisors and managers.
Manages a budget that ensures profitability and focuses on cost containment strategies.
Represents the organization with local and state agencies that may impact our ability to be successful.
Monitors local, state, and national health care environment for threats or opportunities and implements adaptive strategies.
Ensures compliance with Certified Rural Health Clinic requirements.
Ensures compliance with Patient Centered Medical Home (PCPCH) model.
Ensures successful execution of quality-based payment models.
Attends work regularly and is punctual.
Maintains appropriate certifications and training hours as required.
Adheres to all company policies and is a role model of professionalism within the company.
Perform other duties as the needs of the company evolve and change.

com Minimum Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a licensed Healthcare professional with management experience.
5 Years’ experience managing employees in a clinic setting or equivalent preferred.

Outstanding communication and organizational skills applied to effectively communicating strategic plan to employees, vendors, patients, and healthcare professionals.
