Banquet Captain/Supervisor

Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate all aspects of banquet operations, including set-up, service, and breakdown - Ensure that all banquet events are executed smoothly and efficiently - Supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and other support staff - Train and mentor new banquet team members - Maintain a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met - Assist with menu planning and food production for banquet events - Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless execution of events Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or banquet setting - Strong knowledge of bartending and beverage service - Familiarity with banquet operations and event planning - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership and communication skills If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
