Landscape Lead

*Landscape Lead* As a landscape lead you would lead a crew and also work independently performing gutter cleaning, snow removal, shrub trimming, landscaping, irrigation repair, etc.
When duty requires us to do something outside of our normal work liker wash or grease the equipment, we say YES and get right to it! This job isn’t for the faint of heart.
It requires an iron will, strong constitution, and ability to remain calm when dealing with customers, in good and bad weather.
This is a foreman level job and does require industry experience.
*Requirements* * Team player.
* Reliable.
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds and walk for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to work in all weather conditions, including inclement weather.
* Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing.
* Must be able to work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays during the peak season (June, July & August).
Snow removal is 24/7 as needed.
* Must be able to work overtime as needed.
